直流锅炉水冷壁管连续爆管分析

摘要 对超临界机组直流锅炉水冷壁管连续爆管泄漏进行宏观分析、金相组织分析、机械性能检测和X射线衍射检测,原因为异物堵塞过热爆管泄漏;深入分析了超临界机组直流锅炉水冷壁管异物产生的原因,提出传统的检修工艺对超临界直流锅炉不利影响的预防措施。 Tube leakage of once-through boiler water tube wall in supercritical units is analyzed by means of macrostructure,metallographic,mechanical properties and XRD detection.It is concluded that the tube leakage is caused by overheating which is due to foreign bodies block.On the basis of thorough analysis and research on the causes of foreign body into supercritical once-through boiler,some preventive measures are proposed to reduce the adverse effect of traditional repair technology.
