广东电网故障跳闸自动统计及转发系统建设

摘要 为实现在台风等灾害期间能快速获取故障跳闸情况、负荷损失及安全隐患等信息给调度员提供决策,提出广东电网故障跳闸自动统计及转发系统建设方案。根据调度自动化系统SD6000的运行环境与实际情况,讨论了建设方案的要求和原则,分析了线路跳闸、变压器失压、交换规范、告警功能扩展、图模库功能扩展、主备冗余运行等功能及实现方式。通过系统运行测试表明广东电网故障跳闸自动统计及转发能够有效满足调度的实际需要。 In order to realize rapid acquirement of information including fault tripping,load loss,potential safety hazard and so on during the period of disasters such as typhoon so as to provide decision for dispatchers,construction scheme for fault tripping automatic statistics and forwarding system of Guangdong power grid was proposed.According to operation environ-ment and practical condition of dispatching automation system SD 6000,requirements and principles of the construction scheme were discussed,functions and realization ways of line tripping,loss of pressure of transformer,exchange specifica-tions,alarming function expansion,function expansion of graph and mode database,redundancy operation of host/backup, and so on were analyzed.Testing on system operation indicates that fault tripping automatic statistics and forwarding system of Guangdong power grid could effectively satisfy practical requirements of dispatching.
