中国与南非绿色建筑评价体系对比研究

Comparative Analysis of the Green Building Evaluation System between China and South Africa

南非作为非洲最大的发展中国家,在发展绿色建筑、应对气候变化方面,取得了较大的成绩,并成功举办了德班世界气候大会。南非绿色建筑评价体系从环境友好和人体健康角度出发,利用绿色建筑评价工具,对不同类型建筑的设计和运行进行系统评估。本文通过对比南非与我国绿色建筑评价体系,分析了南非与我国绿色建筑评价体系的异同点,提出了我国绿色建筑深化发展的建议。

As the largest developing country in Africa, there were a lot of research had been achieved, and the Durban World Climate Meeting was hold in South Africa. Green Star South Africa （Green Star SA） is a rating system used to assess the design and construction of various building types, from an environmental and human health perspective. Through the comparative study on the green building evaluation system between in China and South Africa, deficiencies of green building evaluation of our country was discussed in depth to provide a reference for the further improvement of China＇s green building evaluation system.
