介绍了英国的经济社会、能源资源及电网基本情况,围绕英国输配电技术标准体系、电网监管激励机制、智能电网背景下的配电系统规划等亮点和特色,重点对供电安全标准ER P2/6、创新激励机制、多场景规划等优化规划方法进行了阐述,可为我国电网企业创新电网规划建设理念和实践提供借鉴和参考。
General information of the economy and society,energy and resource,and electric network situation of UK is introduced,including technical standards,incentive mechanisms for regulation,optimized planning methods for distribution system under the background of smart grid,and some other highlights and features.The security standard of power supply ER P2/6,innovation incentives mechanism,and multi-scenarios planning are expounded emphatically,which can provide reference for Chinese power grid enterprises to innovate the principles and practices of distribution network planning and construction.
