摘要
以化肥厂合成氨装置原料气冷却器的吊装施工为例,计算滑移法吊装设备时各工况的载荷情况,分析主辅吊车的受力、脱排角度,对吊装工序及安全措施进行总结,对类似吊车抬吊中的工艺计算提供借鉴。
Taking an example of lifting a feedstock cooler in a fertilizer synthetic plant, the load under various cases in lifting equipment by sliding method was calculated. The stress on the main and auxiliary crane and hook removing angle were analyzed. The lifting process and safety measure were summarized,which will provide a reference for similar lifting process.
