摘要
硅钼蓝分光光度法测定水中的二氧化硅含量所使用的还原剂抗坏血酸溶液很不稳定,有效期仅为一周。通过改进配制方法,在配制抗坏血酸溶液时,加入适量EDTA和冰乙酸,试验测定结果的试验灵敏度、线性关系及准确度均符合硅钼蓝分光光度法的技术要求。改进后的抗坏血酸溶液贮存于棕色瓶中,可以稳定90d。
Ascorbic acid solution as a reductant to determine silicon dioxide in water by silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometry is unstable with expiration time only one week. A new recipe to add certain amount of EDTA and glacial acetic acid into the solution will extend the storage time to 90 days in brown bottle, and the test results show that the sensitivity, linear relation and accuracy could all meet the requirement of silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometry.
