总结天脊煤化工集团股份有限公司新建年产20万吨硝酸铵装置运行情况,介绍该装置的主要改进与创新。72h性能考核证明,新建装置在运行周期、产品质量、能耗物耗、"三废"排放与环保等方面都达到或优于设计要求,新建装置改进效果明显。
This paper systematically summarized the technology of 200 kt/a ammonium nitrate plant in Tianji coal chemical group Co., Ltd., described in detail the improvement and innovations. The performance test after 72 hours shows that the operation cycle, product quality, energy and material consumption, ＂three-waste＂ discharge and environment protection of the new plant all conform with or are better than the engineering requirements.
