摘要
结合年产50万吨甲醇合成装置的实际运行状况,分析装置运行过程中出现分离器出口循环气及闪蒸气体中甲醇含量较高的原因,通过采取相应改造措施,取得良好效果。
In a methanol synthesis plant with capacity of 500 kt/a, high methanol content often occurred in circulating gas at the outlet of separator and in flash gas. Measures were taken to reduce the content and good results were achieved.
