Synthesis of Series of Alkyl Ethers Betaine Amphoteric Surfactant

摘要 以脂肪醇和环氧氯丙烷为起始原料经中间体烷氧基缩水甘油醚合成烷氧基叔胺,最后由烷氧基叔胺与2-羟基-3-氯丙磺酸钠合成烷基醚类甜菜碱两性表面活性剂(Cn SZ)。通过测定产物熔点及红外表征确定产物结构。测定了产物水溶液的表面张力,且获得相应的cmc和γcmc。 Fatty alcohol and epichlorohydrin were used as starting materials for reaction to get an intermediate alkoxy glycidyl ether. The intermediate was further reacted with dimethyl amine to prepare alkoxy tertiary amine. Alkyl ethers betaine amphoteric surfactants( Cn SZ) were synthesized by alkoxy tertiary amine and 2-hydroxy- 3- sodium chloro propyl sulfonate. The surfactant products were characterized and confirmed by IR spectrum and melting point measured. The surface tension of the surfactant products solution were measured,and critical micellae concentration( cmc) and γcmcwere obtained.
