摘要
采用变温傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR),研究了硅氧树脂的一维红外光谱和二阶导数红外光谱。结果发现:聚硅氧树脂主要存在着CH3伸缩振动模式(νCH3)、CH3变形振动模式(δCH3)、CH3摇摆振动模式(ρCH3)、Si—O伸缩振动模式(νSi-O)和Si—C伸缩振动模式(νSi-C);同时,研究了温度对硅氧树脂分子结构的影响,拓展了变温ATR-FTIR技术在硅氧树脂材料热变性方面的研究范围。
By using of the Fourier transform attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy( ATR- FTIR),the one- dimensional infrared spectroscopy and second derivative infrared spectroscopy of the polysiloxanes molecularstructure has been studied. The results shows that polysiloxanes exist the CH3 stretch vibration mode( νCH3),the CH3 bending vibration mode( δCH3),the CH3 swing vibration mode( ρCH3),the Si- O stretch vibration mode( νSi- O) and the Si- C stretch vibration mode( νSi- C). And at the same time,the study demonstrats the effect of temperature on the polysiloxanes molecular structure and expands the variable temperature ATR- FTIR technique in the research range of thermal denaturation of polysiloxanes.
