以审判为中心的侦查工作思路

On the Working Concept of Taking Judicial Trial as the Center of Investigation

中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第四次全体会议通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》作出了"推进以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革,确保侦查、审查起诉的案件事实证据经得起法律的检验"的决定。依此决定,以审判为中心的侦查工作必须以事实为根据、以证据作主导,还必须严格遵循法定程序。

The ＂Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Major Issues Pertaining to Comprehensively Promoting the Rule of Law passed by The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee makes the de-cision of ＂accelerating the lawsuit system reform by taking judicial trial as the center in order to guarantee the facts or evidence gathered via investigation and indictment review can stand the test of law＂.Accordingly , we can draw the conclusion that the investigation work with judicial trial as the center shall be based on facts , evidence and strict legal procedures .
