摘要
介绍了精炼炉在双渣法生产低碳锰铁实践中的成功案例,即在普通电硅热法生产低碳锰铁的基础上,通过分期出渣摇包,适当增加Ⅰ期硅铁用量,调整渣型及选择合适的摇包装渣量等技术措施,提高硅的利用率,从而使产品品级率提高、电耗大幅降低。
This paper introduces a successful case of producing low carbon ferromanganese practice with double slag method of refining furnace. Based on the ordinary electric silicothermic process for production of low carbon ferromanganese slag by staging, shaking ladle, appropriate to increase the amount of phase I of ferrosilicon, adjust slag and select the appropriate roll packing quantity of slag and other technical measures, improve the utilization rate of the silicon, thereby improving product grade rate. Meamwhile, power consumption is greatly reduced.
