摘要
铁合金矿热炉参数分为设备参数与熔炼特性参数,在确定设备参数的前提下,如何实现熔炼特性参数运行最优化是铁合金生产的关键问题。通过分析矿热炉熔炼特性参数最优化的本质,指出矿热炉设计公式不能直接用于描述熔炼特性参数之间的联系。介绍了威斯特里与巴西Jaccard等对熔炼特性参数的研究成果,表明威斯特里公式不能用于描述熔炼特性参数之间的定量关系。
Parameters of submerged arc furnace(SAF) for ferroalloy can be divided into equipment parameters and smelting parameters. After the determination of the equipment parameters, how to optimize the smelting parameters of SAF is the key problem. This paper first analyzes the nature of smelting parameters optimization of SAF, and points out the design formula can not be directly used to describe the relation between smelting parameters. Finally, it introduces Westly and Jaccard formulas of smelting parameters, and demonstrates that Westly formula can not be used to describe the quantitative relationship among the smelting parameters.
