摘要
为了解决铬酸钠生产中铬精矿短缺的问题,文章从铬酸钠的生产工艺、混合料的配比及焙烧控制等方面对南非铬精矿的使用进行了分析。指出了南非铬矿氧化焙烧的控制要点,并通过与印度铬矿的对比,得出南非铬精矿合适的焙烧条件。
In order to solve the shortage problem of chromium ore in the sodium chromate production, the article analyzed the use of South African chrome concentrate from the production process, the mixture ratio and roasting control etc.,pointed out the control elements of the South African chrome ore roasting, and compared with Indian chrome ore, obtained suitable calcination conditions for the South African chrome concentrate.
