摘要
为确保组合把持器电极壳的质量满足电炉生产需要,详细介绍了制作组合电极壳的设备基本组成,焊接制作标准、检测标准及焊接关键环节的分析与操作。结果表明:缝焊机的压力、焊接速度、给定电压三者是相辅相成、缺一不可的。通过三个参数的合理调整,完全可以使焊接达到良好的状态,从而提高电极壳制作的质量。
This paper introduced equipment basic composition of composite electrode shell, welding production standard,test standard, analysis and operation of the key welding link in order to insure combination holder electrode shell 's quality to meet the need of electric furnace production. The results showed that seam welder pressure, welding speed and rated voltage complement each other none can be dispensed with. By means of three reasonable parameters adjustment, it could make welding to achieve a good condition, so as to improve the quality of electrode shell production.
