复方丹参滴丸联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills Combined with Benner Pury in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察复方丹参滴丸联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法回顾性分析2011-05～2014-06间本院收治的86例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组予贝那普利治疗,观察组在此基础上加复方丹参滴丸治疗,比较两组肾脏功能指标与血压、血糖情况。结果观察组治疗后血清肌酐、尿素氮、肌酐清除率水平均优于治疗前,且优于对照组治疗后,收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖数值均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复方丹参滴丸联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with Benner Pury in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 86 cases with diabetic nephropathy from May,2011 to June,2014 in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Benner Pury,while patients in the observation group were treated with Compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of Benner Pury. The renal function indexes,blood pressure and blood glucose between the two groups were observed.Results Scr,BUN and Ccr levels in the observation group after treating were better than before,and better than the control group. SBP,DBP,FBG and 2h BG values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with Benner Pury has significantly curative effect on diabetic nephropathy.
