探讨应对方式、社会支持对女性不孕症负性心理的影响

Effect of Coping Style and Social Support on Negative Psychology of Infertility Females

目的探究应对方式、社会支持对女性不孕症负性心理的影响。方法采用一般资料问卷表、社会支持评定量表、自评抑郁量表、应对方式调查表等,对188例已婚不孕症女性进行测评,行多因素回归分析。结果患者负性心理与积极应对成负相关(P<0.01),与消极应对差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。社会支持与负性心理成负相关(P<0.01)。由多重回归方程显示:积极应对可减弱自卑感(β=-0.15,P<0.01);消极应对可增强自卑感(β=0.092,P<0.05)。结论社会支持可改善患者负性心理,增加积极应对和减少消极应对可以降低患者的负性心理。

Objective To study the coping style and social support impact on negative psychology of infertile females. Methods A total of 188 patients in infertility were made an assessment by using social support rating scale,coping style questionnaire and self rating anxiety scale etc. Results Patients＇ negative psychology was negatively correlated to positive coping（ P〈0. 01）,and there was no statistical significance with negative coping（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of social support were negatively correlated to that of negative psychology（ P〈0. 01）. Multiple linear regression model analysis showed that positive coping could lessen self- abasement sense（ β =- 0. 15,P〈0. 01）,while negative coping can enhance self- abasement sense（ β = 0. 092,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Social support can improve negative psychology,increase positive coping,and reduce negative coping to decrease patients＇ negative psychology.
