旅游离不开旅游公共服务的支撑,尤其如江苏兴化千岛菜花节单峰季节型旅游,更需要搞好旅游公共服务机制建设。根据目前季节性旅游实践中存在的实际问题,旅游公共服务机制建设,重在建立四大机制,即:建立灵活的基础设施建设机制、灵活的统筹运作机制、灵活的保障监督机制和灵活的信息导航机制。
