科技城在校大学生知识产权法治意识现状调查与分析——以西南科技大学为例

Investigation and Analysis on College Students' Law Consciousness of Intellectual Property in Chinese Scientific and Technical City

创新是社会进步的源泉,对源泉的保护需要我们更加注重知识产权。本文主要对位于中国科技城的在校大学生知识产权法治意识进行调查,分析发现在校大学生知识产权法治意识比较淡薄、缺乏系统性知识产权教育、获得相关知识产权法律知识途径较少等问题。为此,目前迫切需要转变大学关于在校生知识产权教育观念,实行基础教育和专门教育相结合、教育与宣传相结合的新模式,强化在校生知识产权法治意识培养,提高在校生知识产权的法治意识。

Since innovation is the source of social development, the protection of it requires us to put more emphases on intellectual property. This paper gives a social investigation on the legal consciousness of intellectual property of college students in Mianyang as Chinese Scientific and Technical City and discovers several issues that the college students bear weak consciousness of intellectual property, lack systematic intellectual property education and acquire less ways knowing about intellectual property. It is therefore of urgent need to transfer the doctrine of intellectual property education, implement a new integrated mode of primary education and specialized education, education incorporated with propaganda, strengthen and increase the students＇ consciousness of intellectual property.
