摘要
高职院校为提高二级学院的积极性,纷纷进行校院分级管理改革,对二级学院绩效考核则是改革成功的关键。当前,高职院校对二级学院的绩效考核实施考核主体多元化、方法多样化和考核指标全面化的实践。但是在实施绩效工资的背景下,现行的考核存在着考核缺乏针对性、评价标准不客观、激励作用发挥不足等问题。针对问题,文章提出分类考核、建立绩效拨款制度、评价标准客观化和建设健康绩效文化等对策。
In order to improve initiative for secondary college in higher vocational education, the management reform have been carried out on college and department two-level administration. The key to the success of the reform is the performance assessment. Currently, the implementation of the performance appraisal exists pluralism, diversity and assessment indicators comprehensive. There are some disadvantages in the current assessment. There is the lack of specific evaluation. The evaluation criteria are not objective, and the incentives play a shortage. The paper proposes countermeasures on classification assessment, establishing performance funding system, the evaluation criteria and the construction of health objective performance culture.
