摘要
采用超声波法提取样品桑叶中的黄酮类化合物，利用紫外可见分光光度法测定其总黄酮的含量。比较野生桑叶与药用桑叶中总黄酮的含量。结果表明，黄酮含量在浓度20~70mg？mL-1范围内，线性关系良好，桑叶的平均加样回收率97.5%， RSD为1.81%，所测的野生桑叶比药店买回药用桑叶的黄酮含量高。
Objective： to determine the content of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves and compared with wild medicinal in mulberry leaves. Methods： the extraction of Flavonoids from mulberry leaves by ultrasonic method in the sample, the content of total flavone was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results： the content of flavonoids in the concentration of 20~70mg？mL-1 range, good linearity, mulberry leaves. The average recovery was 97.5%, RSD was 1.81%. Conclusion： the wild mulberry leaf flavonoid content of medicinal mulberry leaf bought more than pharmacies.
