摘要
以湿化学涂层法制备Fe3O4包覆的多孔碳纤维(Fe3O4@PCFs),用液相共沉淀法制备Fe3O4纳米粉体;分别将多孔碳纤维(PCFs)、Fe3O4@PCFs以及Fe3O4纳米粉体与PCFs的混合物(Fe3O4/PCFs)加入石蜡制备环状共混样品。测试共混样品的复介电常数和复磁导率,并计算样品的反射损耗。结果表明,引入PCFs、Fe3O4后电磁损耗增加,且包覆样品的吸波效果优于共混样品。
Ferriferous oxide coated porous carbon fibers(Fe3O4@PCFs) and Fe3O4 nanoparticles have been prepared respectively by means of wet chemical coating and liquid-phase co-precipitation techniques. Furthermore, PCFs, Fe3O4@PCFs, and the blend of PCFs and Fe3O4 nano-particles were mixed with paraffin separately to obtain ring-shaped samples. The complex dielectric constants and complex permeabilities of those samples were tested, with which the reflection loss of the samples were calculated. It has been found that the electromagnetic loss of PCFs were enhanced by incorporation of Fe3O4, and the microwave absorbing effect of the coated sample was better than that of the blend sample.
