高职院校体育舞蹈选修课教学内容体系构建——以漳州职业技术学院为例

Teaching Content System Construction of Sports Dance Elective Course in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Zhangzhou Institute of Technology as an example

目前,越来越多的高职院校开设了体育舞蹈选修课程,但由于体育舞蹈是一门新兴的跨学科课程,缺乏统一规范的课程内容范本,给该课程的教学带来诸多不便。笔者在教学实践和调查研究的基础上,试图初步建立高职院校体育舞蹈选修课教学内容体系架构:教学内容应选择拉丁舞为第一梯队,标准舞为第二梯队;恰恰舞和伦巴舞教学内容应选择基本步、基本步组合以及单人花样套路为宜;华尔兹和探戈教学内容应选择基本步、基本步组合以及铜银牌套路为宜。

At present, more and more vocational colleges have set up sports dance elective course, but the curriculum content standards is insufficient because sports dance is a new interdisciplinary course, which makes lots inconvenience for the course teaching . Based on teaching practice and investigation, the author tries to establish teaching content system of sports dance elective course in higher vocational colleges. The teaching content should choose Latin dance for the first echelon, ballroom for the second echelon; Cha-cha and Rumba should choose basic step, basic step combination and single figure routine; And steps teaching content of Waltz and Tango should choose basic, basic composition and copper silver rou- tines.
