摘要
《重庆乡镇人才计划》从2008年开始实施,旨在为基层输送各类人才。五年来为基层输送了大量人才,取得了可喜的成绩,但是由于没有建立长效机制,也存在一些不足。认识和了解此项计划的成绩与问题,将有助于为政府、学校、社会制定科学合理的人才计划,为改进人才培养模式提供理论指导。
"Chongqing Township Talent Plan" is carried out to deliver all kinds of talents for the grassro- ots since 2008, which has made gratifying achievements during the five years. But there are some shortcomings due to lacking long--term mechanism establishment. Understanding the achievements and problems of this program will help to provide theoretical guidance for the government, schools and society to develop scientific and rational personnel plans and improve the training mode of talents.
