摘要
马铃薯实生苗培育,是马铃薯常规育种中不可或缺的重要一环。本文对高海拔地区马铃薯实生苗的培育方法进行简要阐述,通过打破马铃薯实生籽休眠,简化复杂的移栽程序,来提高马铃薯实生苗的成活率,为马铃薯后代无性繁殖的选育或脱毒薯的培养,提供丰富的实生薯群体,为提高马铃薯育种成效做出科学指导。
Cultivating potato Seedling was an indispensable part in potato breeding.This culti-vation method for potato seedling in high altitude areas were briefly described,by breaking the potato seedling seed dormancy and simplifying complex transplant programs,to increase the sur-vival rate of seedlings.In addition,offered a wide range of seed potatoes for cloning of progeny selection or virus-free potato cultivation Group,in order to improve the effect of potato breeding to make scientific guidance.
