摘要 本文利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了8份白菜型冬油菜的过氧化物酶同工酶的特性。结果表明:天油类与陇油类在逆境损伤下酶谱含量差异较大,陇油类的酶谱含量均高于天油类;天油类不同种间酶谱特征基本相同,而陇油类相比天油类而言,酶谱间均存有较大的差异。这说明陇油类的过氧化物同工酶抗逆性生理作用高于天油类。 Take advantage of the PAGE polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis of POD for 8 Spe-cies of campestris.The results indicated that:when the Tianyou and Longyou were damaged by low temperature .the difference of zymogram between the Tianyou and Longyou was obvious,the content of the Longyou were all exceed the Tianyou.The electrophoretograms of POD for four species of the Tianyou of the difference was lower,but the Longyou for four species had sharp distinction.The results state that stress tolerance of the the Tianyou was better than the Longy-ou.
