论我国新农村文化建设中存在的不足及对策研究

Research on Insufficiency and Countermeasures of Cultural Construction of New Countryside

新农村文化建设是中国特色社会主义现代化精神文明建设的主要内容,在各级政府和农民自身高度重视下,虽然取得了一定的建设成效,但问题依然存在。通过分析新农村文化建设中存在的"四不协调",提出了坚持政府主导、农民主体的原则;确保制度建设,引领文化建设;挖掘文化资源,坚持多种文化活动形式;搞好科技服务,提高农民整体素质等具体措施。

Cultural construction of new countryside is the main part of modernization spiritual civilization of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, which achieved certain preliminary results as well as problem existence. In accordance with analysis on four discordances in the process of cultural construction of new countryside, this paper puts forward specific measures of persisting in principal of domination by government and main body of peasants, assuring institutional improvement to guide cultural construction, mining cultural resources to persist in multiple cultural activity forms, accomplishing science and technology service to enhance overall quality of peasants.
