改革开放初期中国人口理论的调整与发展——以1978-1982年的《人民日报》为考察对象

十一届三中全会之后,为了进一步落实解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,适应新时期社会主义建设和人口形势的要求,中国的人口理论进行了重大调整,打破了人口理论禁区,对于人口与经济社会发展的关系做出了新的阐释,并初步提出了有中国特色的社会主义人口理论观点。恢复并发展了马克思主义人口观和毛泽东人口思想的基本思路,纠正传统社会主义人口观的认识误区,为新时期人口理论的形成奠定了重要基础。

After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, in order to further implement the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, to adapt to the requirements of socialist construction in the new period and the population situation, China＇s population theory made a major adjustment, breaking the population theory forbidden zone, for the relationship between population and economic and social development made new explanation, and initially put forward the Chinese characteristic socialism population theory point of view. Restore basic train of thought and the development of Marxist Population view and Mao Zedong＇s thought and correct the traditional socialist concept of population of misunderstanding, lay the important foundation for the formation of the theory of the population in the new era.
