本文以"刑事司法冤案"这一概念的界定为切入点,结合司法实践探讨刑事司法冤案成因,在丰富司法视野的同时,以期对我国刑事司法冤案防范机制的完善有所启示。

This paper, taking concept defined as the breakthrough point, combines with the judicial practice of the origins of criminal judicial injustice ,while richening judicial view ,at the same time,expecting to provide enlighten- ment for our country＇ s criminal judicial injustice prevention mechanism.
