摘要
长江工程职业技术学院在建设省级汽修特色专业过程中,通过调研汽修职业岗位(群),分析与之对应的职业能力,制定出"岗位引领、分段培养、能力递进"的人才培养模式,完善了工作过程系统化的课程体系,探索培养人才岗位能力的有效途径,从而全面提高了汽修专业人才培养质量。
During the construction of provincial professional characteristics of Auto Maintenance Major in ChangJiang Institute of Technology,the employment of Auto Maintenance Major is in-vestigated,The corresponding occupation ability in the jobs is analyzed,so as to constitute a per-sonnel training mode which is “job leading,piecewise training and ability progression”.Curricu-lum system of working process systematization is consummated,effective way to cultivate job a-bility is explored,and talent training quality of Auto Maintenance Major is consequently im-proved.
