现代高职院校教学团队建设策略分析——以商务管理教学团队为例

An Analysis of Teaching Team Construction Strategy in Modern Vocational Colleges——Taking Business Management Teaching Team as an Example

根据目前高职院校教学团队存在团队结构不合理、兼职教师比重不高、团队目标不明确、学校支持措施不到位等问题,提出打造产学研合作、专兼职结合的教学团队,凝聚团队合力、整合教学资源,加强团队教师队伍建设,制定团队教师职业规划,完善教学团队建设制度保障等措施。

In the current teaching team in vocational colleges, team structures are always irrational, the proportion of part-time teachers is not high, the team does not have a clear target, and the schools are always not supportive enough. This paper proposes many ways to improve the situation, like building research cooperation, combining full-time and part-time teachers, enforcing team cohesion, integrating teaching resources, strengthening team building, developing teachers＂ career planning, improving system security, etc.
