摘要
为了有效处理排入大气的含盐酸高温尾气,对含HCl高温尾气处理系统的设计思路进行优化,合理选择计算模型和工艺流程,并对关键设备进行精确的工艺计算,同时科学选择关键设备材质。工业应用结果表明:尾气处理系统工艺路线趋于合理,设备易于选型,处理后废气中的HCl及颗粒物的排放均低于国家标准限值。
In order to effectively treat the high temperature exhaust gas containing hydrochloric acid discharging into the atmosphere,this study optimized the design of the processing system and process flow,chose the calculation model and the process reasonably,and made accurate calculation of key equipments and selected key equipment materials scientifically. The operation results of industrial application indicate that the process of tail gas treatment system is reasonable;the selection of key equipment is easy; and the value of hydrochloric acid and particles in the waste gas can be lower than the national standard limits after the treatment.
