摘要
结合某煤制甲醇及转换烯烃项目,从消防水存储设施的选择、补水可靠性分析、有效容积计算、管口设计等几个方面,对石油化工企业消防水罐的设计进行了分析、探讨,针对设计要点及若干设计细节进行总结,提出了通过适当增加进罐处吸水管数量、减小吸水管直径,从而降低最低液位,充分利用水罐容积的优化建议,为石化消防水系统提供了安全保障。
Based on a coal-to-methanol and methanol-to-olefin project of SINOPEC,this paper analyzes and discusses the design of fire fighting water tank from such aspects as the selection of fire fighting water storage facilities,analysis of water replenishing reliability,calculation of effective volume,connection design and so on. This paper also summarizes the key points and some details in designing. It puts forward some optimization proposals including increasing the quantities of suction pipes properly and decreasing the diameter of suction pipes. Hence,the lowest water level is reduced and the volume of the fire fighting tank is used sufficiently. This provides safety assurance for petrochemical fire water system.
