摘要
由于环保监管部门不断加强油库排污监督与管理力度,对油库污水处理的要求日益提高,石油化工企业必须高度重视成品油库水污染防治工作,建立有效的污水处理装置。通过分析成品油库污水处理系统工艺设计存在的问题,以有效分离油和降解COD两大组分为目标,从污水水质水量的变化、改进隔油工艺、浮选工艺、絮凝工艺等方面,有针对性地提出了工艺设计改进建议,以保证油库污水处理系统的处理效果。
The environmental regulation departments have strengthened oil pollution supervision and their management efforts continuously. The requirements for the wastewater treatment at oil depots are becoming increasingly high. Petrochemical enterprises attach great importance to the prevention and control of water pollution at oil depots and have established effective wastewater treatment device. This paper analyzes the process design problems for the wastewater treatment system of product oil depots. It aims at effective separation of oil and degradation of the two components of COD.The paper puts forward some pertinent improvement suggestions for process design from the aspects of the changing of wastewater quality and quantity,improving the processes of oil separation,flotation and flocculation. These may ensure the treatment effect of wastewater treatment system at oil depots.
