摘要
为深度处理污水处理装置曝气池出水,某企业新建一套MBR装置。由于一些原因,MBR装置只进二沉池出水,未进曝气池泥水回流液。运行一段时间后,MBR装置的帘式膜出现了膜穿孔问题。金属氧化物腐蚀、生物降解和微生物腐蚀均有可能造成MBR装置的帘式膜出现膜穿孔。而MBR装置不能进行浓缩液的排放是造成MBR装置各种污染物富集、微生物滋生的原因。运行上40%回流进入前段曝气池内,问题得到解决。由于进水发生改变,不能只依据压力和原有经验安排清洗,避免膜丝产生不可逆损伤带来损失。
In order to treat the effluent from the aeration tank in depth,certain enterprise has built a new MBR device. For some reason,only effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank can enter the MBR device and return sludge from the aeration tank can 't enter it. After running for some time,membrane perforation occurred in the curtain membrane of the MBR device. Such perforation may be caused by metal oxide corrosion,biodegradation and microbial corrosion.However,the concentrated solution can't be discharged from the MBR device. And this is the reason for the accumulation of various pollutants and microorganism breeding in the MBR device. During operation,40% of the reflux liquid enters the front section of aeration tank and then the problem was solved. In addition,chemical cleaning can't be arranged according to the pressure and previous experience because the influent is changed in order to avoid losses caused by irreversible damage of membrane wire.
