浙江舟山群岛新区青年创业服务体系构建思考

Construction of Youth Entreprenuership Service System in Zhejiang Zhoushan Archipelago New Area

课题组以初创型青年(年龄在35周岁以下,有创业意愿尚未创业或已有初创经验的青年)为研究对象,通过座谈会、问卷调查等方式,分析了新区青年在创业过程中存在的创业意识和意愿不强、创业观念保守等问题,并从社会氛围、服务体系两个角度分析了制约青年创业的关键因素。基于此,从明确方向、集中力量、发挥优势、整合资源、搭建平台等角度提出了解决的对策,进一步为新区青年创业提供更优质、更完善的服务。

The research group takes start-up youth as research object who are under the age of 35 and with entrepreneurial intention but not starting up yet,or have start-up experience already. By means of symposia,questionnaire survey and so on,this paper analyses some problems of youth entreprenuership in new area such as lacking entreprenuership consciousness and willingness,conservative entreprenuership values and so forth. In the meantime,the thesis analyses the key factors which restrict the youth entreprenuership from two perspectives,namely social atmosphere and service system. Then it puts up with solutions from the perspectives of clearing direction,concentrating efforts,taking advantage,integrating resources and establishing platform to further provide more high-quality and perfect service for youth in new area.
