Investigation Report of the Education and Training of the League Cadres in Wenzhou

团干部教育培训是建设高素质团干部队伍、巩固党的执政基础、更好地履行共青团的基本职能的基础和重要途径,也是夯实团的基层组织的一项重要工作。建设一支具备高度职业素养与工作技能的共青团干部队伍,是我党赋予共青团的历史重任。当前温州市团干部的教育培训工作,在培训内容、培训形式与管理机制等方面存在着不同程度的问题,因此,团干部培训要创新教学设计,创新管理机制,创新基地建设,促进团干部教育培训的系统性、科学性建设。

Education and training of league cadres is the foundation and important way to build a high quality league cadres team,consolidate the Party＇s ruling foundation,and better perform the primary function of the Communist Youth League. It is also an important work to reinforce primary-level league organization. Building a cadres team with high professional quality and work skills is the historic task which the Party entrusted to the Communist Youth League.There are different degrees of problems in training content, training form and management mechanism of the present education and training on league cadres in Wenzhou. It needs to innovate teaching design,management mechanism and base construction to promote systematic and scientific building of league cadres＇ education and training.
