摘要 少先队活动课程的培训模式多为各级少工委组织的集中培训。相较于这些高大上的集中培训,基层辅导员更需要常态化的持续性的校本化培训。经过不断的实践与探索,建构出一个"三线并行"的少先队活动课程校本培训模式,其具体过程为:常态化教学视导基础上进行图文反馈;常态化中队观摩基础上进行年段充分研讨;通过专家集中引领的方式进行固化赛课。实践也充分表明:"三线并行"的少先队活动课程校本化培训模式更为广大基层辅导员所接受。 Most of young pioneers' activity curriculum training models are centralized training organized by young pioneers working committee at all levels. Counselors need more normalized continuous school-oriented training rather than high level centralized training. Grass-roots government constructed the young pioneers' school-oriented activity curriculum training model of"Three Lines in Parallel"by consistent practice and exploration. Specifically,they used imagetext feedback on the base of normalized teaching inspection,discussed year period sufficiently based on normalized detachment observation, and hold curing race courses by experts' concentrated leading. The practice showed that the young pioneers' school oriented activity curriculum training model of "Three Lines in Parallel"is more accepted by grass-roots counselors.
