超声对腹壁韧带样纤维瘤的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Ultrasonography in Desmoid Tumors of Abdominal Wall

目的总结腹壁韧带样纤维瘤的超声表现。方法选取成都市第二人民医院2008年9月至2014年10月7例经手术病理证实为腹壁韧带样纤维瘤患者的超声检查资料,并作回顾性分析。结果 7例均为单发病灶,超声表现为腹壁肌肉层内梭形或类圆形低回声肿块,无明显包膜,边界清或不清,均未发现出血、坏死及钙化。结论超声检查可以较精确地显示腹壁韧带样纤维瘤的部位、形态、边界等,具有一定的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。术前超声检查有助于准确定位腹壁韧带样纤维瘤以及明确其浸润范围,从而为手术治疗提供重要参考信息。

Objective To summarize the ultrasonographic features of desmoid tumors of abdominal wall. Methods The ultrasonographic data were analyzed retrospectively in 7 cases with desmoid tumors of abdominal wall confirmed by surgical pathology during the period from September 2008 to October 2014. Results All of 7 cases confirmed by surgical pathology were solitary lesion. The ultrasonographie performance showed a fusiform or oval hypoechoic mass with no obvious capsule and clear or unclear boundary in abdominal muscle layer, none of which were discovered hemorrhage, necrosis or calcification. Conclusion Ultrasonography can display accurately the location, shape and the boundary of abdominal desmoid tumor which is of a certain value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Preoperative ultrasonography contributes to the accurate assessment of abdominal desmoid tumor and its resection scope and therefore provides important reference value to surgery.
