盘状结构域受体1在实体瘤中作用的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 盘状结构域受体（discoidin domain receptor tyrosine kinases,DDRs）是近20年来发现的一类非整合型胶原受体家族,该家族属于受体型蛋白酪氨酸激酶（receptor tyrosine kinases,RTKs）,是细胞外基质（extracellular matrix,ECM）和酪氨酸激酶受体这两个大受体家族的交叉点。
