If it can give full play to its value, which requires a class teacher prepares a lesson carefully, in the spirit of the pursuit of perfect devoting herself in the class, plays out her true character and advantage, actively communicates deeply with students after class, listens to the opinion and suggestion, profound reflects herself, then gives herself a clear positioning, gets the striving direction.
