Being an important embodiment of distinctive characteristics of the time, Deng Xiaoping＇s international strategy has provided a new paradigm of international strategies. It modified the extremely radical and revolutionary way in dealing China ＇s contemporary foreign affairs and other international issues, which laid ideological basis for the mutually beneficial cooperation and the peaceful coexistence with international community. The logical structure of Deng Xiaoping＇s international strategy thought also supports some key points in China＇s foreign policy, such as not seeking hegemony and the principle of nonviolence in diplomacy.With the presumption of value orientation of harmonious society, Deng Xiaoping＇s international strategy thought has both theoretical significance and practical value for the contemporary diplomacy of China.
