新疆地区布鲁菌病92例临床特征及护理对策

摘要 布鲁菌病是由布鲁杆菌引起的人畜共患传染病，临床以波浪热、多汗、骨关节炎、神经痛、肝脾肿大、睾丸肿痛为特征，亦可引起多器官或多系统病变，易转成慢性感染，抗菌药物需长疗程联合治疗［1-2］。新疆是我国主要的牧区之一，畜牧交易频繁，是导致本病流行的因素之一。
