摘要
蛋白激酶C(protein kinase C,PKC)是一个由不同基因编码的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶大家族,在人体各组织细胞中普遍存在,它对细胞信号的传导具有重要的调节作用。目前相关研究表明,对心脏产生保护作用的亚型主要涉及四种:PKCα、PKCβ2、PKCδ、PKCε。本文对PKC的信号传导以及PKC四种亚型在心脏疾病方面的研究现状做一综述。
Protein kinase C( PKC) is a serine / threonine encoded by different genes protein kinase family,widespread in every tissue cells in the human body,and they play an important role in the cell signal conduction. Heart disease is strived to be solved as the scientific problem of the academic circles all the time,it is a serious threat to human health. At present,related studies have shown that there are four clear isoforms in cardiac protection mainly including PKCα,PKCβ2,PKCδand PKCε. This article will review on the PKC signaling transduction and the research achievements about the heart disease.
