摘要
静音雨棚产品设计的特点是增加了波浪形雨水排水沟,雨水击落在波浪面时能快速分解,排出快,噪声小。针对静音雨棚一次性冲压成形中的起皱、拉破等问题,进行了模具结构优化设计,采用320,400,480和560 mm的镶拼块镶拼出各种型号的静音雨棚冲压模具,使用消失模铸造模具毛坯,选用SNJ-500-32氮气弹簧作为压延筋凸模底部的弹性元件。研究结果表明,采用优化模具进行静音雨棚产品的冲压试验,静音雨棚成形件未发生起皱现象,成形产品质量满足设计要求,该产品已投入批量生产,并产生了良好的经济效益。
The characteristic of silent canopy structure design is to add the wavy rainwater drainage so as to decompose water rapidly,discharge water fast and send water in a lower noise. For the issues of wrinkle and crack in stamping the silent canopy,the optimization design of die structure was carried out. Various types of silent canopy stamping die were made of mosaic block 320,400,480 and 560 mm respectively. The blank of die was casted by lost foam,and nitrogen spring SNJ- 500- 32 was chosen as an elastic member of drawbead punch. The research results show that silent canopy parts producted by optimized die appear no wrinkling and cracking,which meets the design requirements. As a result,silent canopy were produced in batch production,which had produced sizable economic benefit.
