摘要
本文基于新经济地理学视角,通过将区域产品需求分为内部需求和外部需求构建包含企业集聚变量在内的工资方程,在省际面板数据的基础上借助空间计量方法进行实证分析。研究结果表明,工资水平的空间相关性在中国省域层面较为显著,地区工资水平对企业集聚的弹性系数均显著为正且在东部地区更大,表明我国中西部地区通过不断优化投资环境、鼓励返乡农民工创业、吸引东部地区产业转移等举措将有助于缓解工资水平在我国省域间的趋异。
By dividing the demand to inner demand and outer demand, this paper constructs a new wage equation inclu- ding the company concentration from the perspective of the new geographic economy. And then we use the panel data during 1998 -2008 and the spatial analysis method to make empirical studies. The results show that the cities in China have strong spatial interaction, the concentration parameter is positive to the wage level and more classical in the east of China, which in- dicates that the middle and western regions, by enhancing the investment environment and attractng industry transfer, can nar- row the wage gap in different parts of China.
