Effect of hemolysis on the accuracy of liver function tests

目的 探讨溶血标本对肝功能检验准确性的影响效果.方法 指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床实验室检验人员完成肝功能的检验工作.将43例待检者溶血及未溶血标本肝功能检测结果进行准确记录,给予统计学分析并得出结论.结果 43例待检者未溶血血样（A组）及溶血血样（B组）肝功能检验结果比较,A组碱性磷酸酶、直接胆红素、血清总胆红素、γ-谷氨酰转移酶水平显著高于B组,而其丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总蛋白、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、清蛋白水平则显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 临床医生应准确掌握肝功能检验结果的特征,对疑似肝脏疾病患者及时给予肝功能检验确诊病情,在检验过程中严格控制标本采集工作质量,降低溶血发生率,保障检验结果准确性,最终达到提高患者诊断、疗效及预后的临床目的.

Objective To investigate the effect of hemolysis on the accuracy of liver function test.Methods Clinical laboratory testing personnel designated professional knowledge and rich experience in the completion of their liver function test work.The 43 cases of hemolytic and not be the subject of hemolysis liver function test results were accurate records,giving statistical analysis and draw conclusions.Results The liver function test results of 43 cases were not hemolytic blood samples to be tested （group A） and hemolytic blood （group B） shows that ALP,DBIL,TBIL,GGT levels of group A were significantly higher than those of group B,while the ALT,TP,AST,ALB levels of group A were significantly lower than those of group B,the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Clinicians should accurately grasp the· characteristics of liver function test results,for patients with suspected liver disease,liver function tests be given promptly diagnosed the disease.In the process of inspection,strict quality control the specimen collection work to reduce the incidence of hemolysis and guarantee the accuracy of the test results,ultimately improve patient diagnosis,efficacy and clinical prognosis.
