摘要
目的 探讨电针对变应性鼻炎大鼠模型外周血白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和肿瘤坏死因子-y(TNF-γ)的影响.方法 将60只健康大鼠随机分成四组:正常对照组、模型组、丙酸氟替卡松治疗组及电针治疗组.通过卵蛋白注射及其鼻黏膜刺激法制备变应性鼻炎模型.治疗10 d后,分别测定各组血清IgE、IL-4、TNF-γ含量并行组间对比.结果 与模型组对比,电针治疗组血清IgE及IL-4明显降低、TNF-y明显升高(P<0.05),且与丙酸氟替卡松治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 电针可以降低IL-4水平,增加TNF-γ水平,进而起到一定的治疗作用.
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on interleukin-4 (IL-4) and tumor necrosis factor-γ(TNF-γ) in model of rats with allergic rhinitis (AR).Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,western medicine group and electroacupuncture group.The rats were sensitized by ovalbumin.The levels of IgE,IL-4,TNF-γwere measured and compared among the four groups.Results The level of IL-4 in electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in model group and westem medicine group (P 〈 0.05);The level of TNF-γ in electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than that in model group and western medicine group (P 〈 0.05).Condusions Electroacupuncture can reduce the level of IL-4 and increase the TNF-γ content in serum,thus play a therapeutic effect.
