小剂量肝素治疗白血病并发弥散性血管内凝血的临床效果及安全性观察

Clinical efficacy of small dose of heparin on leukemia complicated with disseminated intravascular coagulation and safety

目的 探讨小剂量肝素治疗白血病并发DIC的临床效果及安全性.方法 选取2010年12月至2013年12月收治的白血病并发DIC患者58例,给予常规化疗联合小剂量肝素治疗,观察临床疗效.结果 治疗后,58例患者中,治愈58例,恶化死亡2例,其中1例死于感染,1例死于中枢神经系统白血病.结论 常规化疗联合小剂量肝素治疗白血病并发DIC （DIC）,疗效显著,安全性高,降低了DIC死亡的风险,具有重要的临床价值.

Objective To study the effect of small dose of heparin on leukemia complicated with disseminated intravascular coagulation and safety.Methods From December 2010 to December 2013,58 cases of leukemia complicated with disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC） in Xinyang central hospital were chose,they were given conventional chemotherapy in combination with small dose of heparin.The clinical effects were compared.Results After treatment,cured in 55 cases,2 cases died,the causes of death：1 case of infection and 1 case of central nervous system leukemia.Conclusions Conventional chemotherapy in combination with small dose of heparin in the treatment of leukemia complicated with disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC）,has remarkable curative effect and high safety,it can reduce the risk of DIC death,so it has important clinical value.
