宫腔镜在异常子宫出血中的应用分析

目的 分析宫腔镜在异常子宫出血中的应用价值.方法 对济源市第二人民医院2012年3月至2014年3月收治的异常子宫出血患者进行抽样,选取68例患者随机分成两组,对照组采用阴道B超联合诊断性刮宫术,实验组推行宫腔镜检查联合诊断性刮宫术辅以病理活检,观察两组检出及治愈情况.结果 实验组检出异常率达94.12％,经宫腔镜手术后治愈率达100％;对照组检出异常率为70.59％,漏诊率达20.59％,经宫腔镜手术后治愈率达73.53％.实验组子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增生、妊娠残留诊断符合率（71.42％、66.67％、100.00％）均优于对照组（40.00％、46.15％、50.00％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 宫腔镜在异常子宫出血临床诊断及治疗中具有至关重要的应用价值,临床上应引起足够重视.

Objective To analyze the application value of hysteroscopy on abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods From March 2012 to March 2014,68 cases of abnormal uterus bleeding in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given transvaginal ultrasonography combined with diagnostic curettage,and the experiment group was given hysteroscopy combined with diagnostic curettage and pathological biopsy.The detection rates and cure rates of the two groups were compared.Results In experiment group,the detection abnormal rate was 94.12%,surgery cure rate by hysteroscopy was 100%.In the control group,the detection abnormal rate was 70.59%,the rate of misdiagnosis was 20.59%,the surgery cure rate reached 73.53% by hysteroscopy.The diagnosis accordance rate of endometrial polyps,endometrial hyperplasia,residual pregnancy in experimental group （71.42%,66.67%,100%） was better those that in the control group （40%,46.15%,50%）,the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Hysteroscopy has important clinical application value in diagnosis and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding,and clinical attention should be paid.
